In celebration of Autism Acceptance Month, we’re proud to highlight Robin Hall – a McDonald’s 1 in 8.
Robin began her journey at the Okemos McDonald’s in 1997 at just 16 years old. She took the skills she built – entrepreneurship, leadership, and a passion for people – and turned them into something incredible.
Today, Robin is the owner/operator of We Rock The Spectrum – Ann Arbor, a sensory-friendly indoor gym where kids of ALL abilities can play in a safe, fun, and inclusive environment.
Stories like Robin’s remind us that opportunity can grow into something truly impactful.
